During our recent family vacation, we stayed at Caldeira Resident Hotel, which offered a welcoming atmosphere for parents and children alike. The hotel's location near Clerigos Tower and Lello Livraria made daily explorations easy, especially with my young child in tow. Maria, the owner, and Sonja truly made us feel at home. Each morning's breakfast featured delightful homemade rolls and enough variety to satisfy everyone, including our picky eater. While the hotel lacks an elevator, we appreciated being on the second floor as it simplified our trips to and from our room. Caldeira is a solid choice for families seeking a quaint stay in Porto, blending comfort and convenience without too much fuss. Just remember to pack earplugs for the lively street sounds at night!
